✅ Latest news regarding legislation: June 23, 2021! The Court of Cassation, the highest court in France, has rendered its decision concerning a Grenoble merchant selling CBD products. The latter contradicted the Grenoble Court of Appeal which had previously condemned this merchant, and authorizes him again to market his products. The purchase, sale and consumption of CBD in France are therefore considered authorized and completely legal (Although not subject to a well-defined legislative framework for the moment)!
