How to order : You select your products, add them to the basket, then validate your purchase via secure payment. Confirmation is sent to you by e-mail as soon as payment has been confirmed. Any modification of a validated order is only possible before shipment.

Prices and payment: Prices shown are in local currency and include all applicable taxes. We accept payment by credit card via a secure platform. An electronic invoice will be sent to you after payment.

Shipping and delivery: Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery options include Colissimo and Standard International. A tracking number will be provided after shipment. In the event of a problem (lost or damaged parcel), please contact customer service immediately.

Warranties and claims : Any anomaly (damaged or non-compliant product) must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Our products are guaranteed to comply with current European regulations.

Responsibilities : Cali Weed cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. The property of the products is transferred to you after complete payment of the price.

2. Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days to return a product. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of an obvious error on our part. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment, via the original means of payment. Opened, personalized or perishable products cannot be returned.

Specific terms and conditions: Only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Additional charges for express delivery are not refundable.
