1. General provisions

This shipping policy defines the terms of delivery for orders placed on Cali Weed.

2. Delivery times and methods

• Shipment within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• A tracking number is sent by e-mail after validation of the order.
• Delivery via Colissimo, Standard International and Point Relais.

3. Reception and complaints

• Damaged parcel Refuse it and contact customer service immediately.
• Claims Report within 3 days after receipt.

4. Retention of title and transfer of risk

• The products remain the property of Cali Weed until they are received.
• Once the parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for loss, theft or damage rests with the carrier. In the event of problems, the customer may contact customer service for assistance.
